Recognizing the critical role media plays in shaping societal perceptions, the H4P Organization initiated the Helping Hand TV Show; which is the first of its kind that throws the spotlight on the successes of persons with disability, further emphasizing the believe that there is ability in disability.
Key to the H4P Organizations Special Advocacy for persons with disability is the employment of media to help alleviate the social inequity that confronts persons with disability and creates an enabling environment that protects the vulnerable in the society.
The H4P Organization has for about eight years funded the airing of the Helping Hand TV Show every Saturday on GTV at 1800hrs GMT or DSTV Channel 278 with the aim of changing and reorienting societal perceptions about disability.
The Helping Hand TV Show which remains the most exciting, educative and informative TV Show discusses pertinent disability issues, making use of sign language interpretation to ensure the accurate transfer on information for persons with hearing impairment.

Through this, the H4P organization is gradually demystifying the myths about disability and proving that disability is not an excuse for living a life of mediocrity.
Through the Helping Hand TV Show, several people with Disability have been inspired and empowered to succeed in life, several families of persons with disability have been restored, and persons with disability all over the country have access to information, motivation and inspiration. Through the Helping Hand TV Show, H4P is progressively re-orienting the perception of Ghanaians about disability issues and enhancing the voice of persons with disability in Ghana.
