Our determination and the lessons we have learnt from the past ten years are what have brought us this far but what is required of us in the next phase will be more quality, more dignity, more integrity and more responsibility. Because we are HERE FOR PERFECTION, we have a recognition that we have duties, first to ourselves, to be more valuable and equipped, then to the disability community in Ghana, which forms about 20% of the population of Ghana, to be their voice in the media!

As an organization, we move into the next ten years with the blessed assurance that there is nothing so satisfying to our destiny, nothing so defining of our character than the opportunity to give off our best, to bring dignity to disability and preserve the lives of our future generation from the malaria menace. And this we will do because we are HERE FOR PERFECTION.

H4P is proud to lead a generation of young men and women to fight for what is right and strive for what is just. To defend the vulnerable, be a voice for the voiceless, raise awareness and enhance visibility for issues on disability in our community. H4P is here to represent a defining generation in a defining moment that will spearhead the move to promote the fortunes of people with disability, in order to promote the national development agenda.

On the occasion of our 10th anniversary, the H4P Organization remembers and acknowledges with humble gratitude, the hard work of individual women, men and institutions who begun the fight for the disability movement in Ghana. We applaud their selfless and sacrificial devotion in working hard to make disability a policy issue in our society. As an organization, H4P is honored to join the movement that some gave their lives for. We have been given the rare privilege to write a part of the history of our dear nation Ghana, and of course, Africa!

We have become the stewards of a hard earned legacy and we must join forces and resources to carry on the fight. As an organization, we are willing to work hard to equip ourselves with the solutions for the problems of the years ahead of the disability movement in Ghana. We still have to deal with discrimination in the area of access to employment, information and access to public places and public buildings.

As we celebrate the joys of the past ten years and look forward to the challenges of the next ten years, we remind ourselves as an organization, that the possibility of the “Perfection Dream” beckons us that we will not find it across distant mountains nor within some hidden dark valleys but we will find it in our creativity and in our hearts and also in the hearts of everybody who believes in the dignity of people with disability. We call on all, individuals and institutions who believe in the creativity and dignity in disability, to support the H4P Organization to continue and improve on the good works of the past five years!

At H4P, we see the protection of the fundamental human rights, especially of people with disability, as bigger than the sum total of individual ambition. At H4P, we seek to reaffirm the undaunting spirit of the African ingenuity, by showcasing African excellence and pristine work ethics to authenticate our mandate that, we are HERE FOR PERFECTION.

At H4P, we make a commitment to use our media advocacy channel to fight against injustice and inequality and discriminations against people with disability. At H4P, we commit to use our resources to give back to our society, to make the disability community better, until every person with disability becomes a valuable contributing member of the national development agenda.

I cannot end without paying special tribute to the people with disability all over the world, especially those in Ghana who have braved through the limitations of their disabilities and have become successful in their own right!
The H4P Organization salutes all the illustrious women and men who by dint of hard work and determination, have not allowed their disability to win over them! Your victory over your disability has become the platforms of motivation and inspiration for your generation and the H4P Organization will continue to work with you to give hope to other people with disability. Keep on fighting the good fight and may you keep on winning!

At H4P, we believe our 10th Anniversary begins our year of Jubilee, where there will be a divine release of divine resources to fulfill the divine agenda of the perfection dream. And I pray that all who are reading this will experience the same Jubilee, a new season of the outpouring of divine help, divine health, divine wealth, divine protection, divine peace and restoration in every area of your life!
